Information Centre

The Information Centre gives road traffic victims and social insurance bodies the information they need in order to be able to introduce a compensation claim (art. 79a of the Road Traffic Act SVG).

The Information Centre provides requesting persons namely with information concerning the competent third party liability insurance company or the competent claims handler as well as with information about the owner of the vehicle (art. 49d of the Ordinance on vehicle insurance VVV). The requesting person must be able to invoke a legitimate interest. The information is provided according to art. 126 of the Ordinance on vehicle registration (VZV).
